کنگ و کنجینه

دیروز رفته بودیم روستای کنگ طرقبه.
به این روستای زیبا و کوهستانی که طبقاتی هم هست می‌گویند ماسوله خراسان و شهرت داره. از نقاط مختلف دنیا برای بررسی دیرینه شناسی و فرهنگ آن می آیند که دیدن کنند.
ما برنامه ریزی کرده بودیم که یک سر برویم کنگ و از آنجا برویم آرامگاه فردوسی که خوب جاهای باستانی ییلاقات مشهد را سر زده باشیم. چند نفری بودیم و هر کدام از بچه ها با بچه هایشان که کوچک هم بودند آمده بودند.
حرم امام رضا برای کسانی که بچه کوچک دارند جای خوب و مناسبی است. از همانجا رفتیم روستای کنگ.
آب پرتقال و نارنج شمال را هم برداشته بودیم و برده بودیم که بخوریم. سر راه یک جا نگه داشتیم که انگور و انار را در قالبهای گلی رسی قشنگی کرده بودند که به آنها کنگینه می‌گفتند. نوه ام که می‌گفت گنجینه و شاید هم درست تر می‌گفت.
این میوه ها را که در قالب کرده بودند، بدون نیاز به یخچال قابلیت ماندگاری بیشتری داشتند و خاطره خوبی هم از سفر به طبیعت و روستا برای ما میشد. ما با آداب و رسوم آنجا بیشتر آشنا می‌شدیم و بچه ها هم با ظرفیت ها و قدمت روستا بیشتر آشنا میشدند.
نزدیک یک خانه بوم‌گردی بچه ها را برده بودیم که آنجا بگذرانیم. صاحب خانه که آمد بپرسد از میوه های منطقه چی دوست داریم، گفتم معنی اسم روستای کنگ چیست؟
گفت یعنی سرزمین، معنی شاخه درخت هم می‌دهد
گفتم کنگ بر وزن سنگ
قیافه‌اش در هم رفت و گفت اینجا رودخانه برای ما خیلی مهم است، وقتی سیل بیاید میدانیم که سال بعدش خشکسالی می آید
گفت من برای خاموش کردن آتش سوزی جنگل گلستان داوطلب بودم، چیزی که دیدم بدتر از آن بود که تصورش را میکنید
تجربه متفاوتی از خاموش کردن آتش جنگلهای کوهستانی شمال داشتند.
اتفاق بدی که برای کوهستان با گرمایش زمین رخ می‌دهد شاید برای کویر و جاهای گرمسیری دیگه کمتر بیوفته. گونه های حساس کوهستانی تحمل گرما را ندارند، وگرنه سختی کوهستان را متحمل نمیشدند و می آمدند پایین.
حال تصورش را بکنید که آتش به جان صدها هکتار کوههای شمال افتاده باشد.
ما برای خاموش کردن آنها فقط از آب استفاده نکردیم. در جایی که کوه بود از حجم عظیمی هم ریگ و سنگ استفاده کردیم که این موجب وقوع سیلابی اطراف کوه ها میشه. کوهی که تا دیروز جنگل و مرتع بود حالا سنگی شده.
امسال تلفات سنگینی در همین آتش‌سوزی ها داشتیم. تلفاتی که با اینکه کنار آب هستیم جبرانشان خیلی سخت و هزینه بر هست. تلفاتی که هیچ کدام از روستانشینان کوهستانی فکرش را هم نمیکردند. درخت و مرتع برای کوهستان خیلی اهمیت داره.
گفتم من کلی بذر گل جعفری جمع کرده ام و اینجا به درد می‌خورند که برویم و روی کوه ها باشیم، اینطوری یک تعداد گونه های زنبور عسل در معرض انقراض را نجات میدهیم و به بارور کردن بیشتر درختان هم کمک کرده ایم
گفت نه، اول که کوه ها جاهای صعب العبور زیادی دارند، بعد هم آن حجم از سنگ را که روی کوه ها ریخته اند رو چیکار کنیم؟ نمیشه
با خودم گفتم حیف، لااقل میشد آنها را جاهایی جایگزین بشماریم که در دسترسند.
-    آن سیل را نمی‌دونم چه کنیم، خود کرده را تدبیر نیست
اولین باران خوب که بیاید مردم فکر می‌کنند خوب شد و آتش تمام شد و ورودی جنگل ها را باز میکنند که بیایند و بروند، ولی اطلاع رسانی نشده و هیچ کس نمیدونه حجم خسارات چقدر بالا بوده است. لابد می آیند و چهار تا علف بعنوان سوغاتی می‌چینند ببرند و نارضایتی ها بیشتر میشه. با خودم فکر کردم این چه عذابی بود، عذاب الهی بود یا کار دشمن. کاش لااقل جزو گمراهان سوره حمد نباشیم

Yesterday we went to Kang Torqeba village.
This beautiful and mountainous village, which is also a strata village, is called Masuleh of Khorasan and is famous. People from different parts of the world come to visit it to study its paleontology and culture.
We had planned to go to Kang and from there to Ferdowsi's tomb, so that we could visit the ancient places in the Mashhad countryside. There were several of us and each of the children had come with their children, who were also small.
Imam Reza's shrine is a good and suitable place for those with small children. From there we went to Kang village.
We had also picked up orange and northern orange juice and taken it to drink. On the way, we stopped at a place where grapes and pomegranates were made in beautiful clay molds that they called Kangineh. My grandson used to say Ganjineh, and perhaps he would have said it more correctly.
These fruits, which were molded, had a longer shelf life without the need for refrigeration, and it was also a good memory of our trip to nature and the village. We were getting to know the customs and traditions there better, and the children were getting to know the capacities and history of the village better.
We had taken the children to spend time there near an eco-tourism house. When the owner of the house came to ask what fruits we liked in the region, I asked him what the name of the village of Kong meant.
He said it means land, and it also means a tree branch.
I said Kong means the weight of a stone.
His face was confused and he said the river is very important to us here. When there is a flood, we know that there will be a drought the following year.
He said I was volunteering to put out the Golestan forest fire, and what I saw was worse than you can imagine.
They had a different experience of putting out the fire in the mountainous forests of the north.
The bad things that happen to the mountains with global warming may happen less often to deserts and other tropical places. Sensitive mountain species cannot tolerate heat, otherwise they would not have been able to withstand the hardships of the mountains and would have come down.
Now imagine that a fire had destroyed hundreds of hectares of the northern mountains.
We did not use only water to put them out. Where there was a mountain, we also used a huge amount of sand and stones, which caused flooding around the mountains. The mountain, which was a forest and pasture until yesterday, is now a stone.
This year we had heavy losses in these fires. Losses that are very difficult and costly to compensate for, even though we are near the water. Losses that none of the mountain villagers would even think about. Trees and pastures are very important for the mountains.
I said, I have collected a lot of marigold seeds and they are useful here so that we can go and be on the mountains, this way we will save a number of endangered bee species and we will also help fertilize more trees
He said, no, first of all, the mountains have many difficult places to cross, and then what can we do with the volume of rocks that have fallen on the mountains? No way
I said to myself, what a pity, at least we could have considered them as alternative places that are available.

When the first good rain comes, people think that it has been resolved and the fire is over and they open the entrance to the forests to come and go, but there is no information and no one knows how high the damage has been. They must come and pick four grasses as souvenirs to take away and the dissatisfaction increases. I thought to myself, what kind of punishment was this, was it divine punishment or the work of the enemy. I wish at least we were not among the misguided people of Surah Hamd
