نظام باشگاه داری

بعداز ظهری با بچه‌ها نشسته بودیم دور هم. صحبت‌ها از هر دری باز می‌شد، تا اینکه اسم مدیر مسئول قدیمی یکی از نشریه‌های ورزشی افتاد وسط. خدا رحمتش کنه. یکی گفت:
– یادتونه؟ همیشه در فکر این بود که از تخصص ورزشی‌اش چطور میشه پول درآورد.
من خندیدم و گفتم:
– آره، هیچ وقت آروم نمی‌نشست.

کم‌کم بحث کشید به اینکه اگر روزی بخوایم روی سنگ قبرمون چیزی بنویسیم، چی باشه. هر کس چیزی می‌گفت. یکی گفت «قهرمان بی‌مدال»، یکی گفت «ای بی حساب». همین‌طور داشتیم شوخی و جدی ادامه می‌دادیم.
بعد یاد دهه هفتاد افتادیم. اوج کار ما همون سال‌ها بود. گفتم:
– اون موقع واقعا دوران شکوفایی بود. هم جمعیت جوان، هم نتایج خوب توی رشته‌ها. ولی خب، آینده شغلی ورزشکارا معلوم نبود.
یکی از بچه‌ها گفت:
– آره، البته دانشگاه که رشته‌های ورزشی آورد یه امیدی داد. یادتونه؟ هر کی قهرمان می‌شد، راحت‌تر وارد دانشگاه می‌شد و بعدش هم توی سیستم اداری جا باز می‌کرد. مثل خود هادی ساعی یا خادم.
گفتم:
– درست می‌گی. ولی بازم از جهاتی جای کار داشته ایم که انقدر بیکار داریم. پزشکی و طب ورزشی خیلی جای کار دارند.
گفتم:
– من یادمه دهه شصت، طب ورزشی هنوز جدی نبود. هنوز قرص های و تزریقات موضوع اصلی پزشکی محسوب میشدند. باید به طب سنتی که دهه هشتاد داشت پیشرفت میکرد ارزش بیشتری میدادن، ولی آخرش همه چیز رفت زیرمجموعه نظام پزشکی قرص های شیمیایی که نمیخواستن تغییر کنند.
دوستم گفت:
– یک کاری برای بچه های مردم باید بکنن، من وقتی رفته بودم روسیه، دیدم اونجا رشته «طب ورزشی» خیلی جدی بود. یعنی کسی که مدرک ورزش داشت، می‌تونست تو علم پزشکی دخالت کنه.
من جواب دادم:
– خب معلومه برای پزشکای ما که همیشه معاف از مالیات بودن، سخت بود همچین چیزی جا بیفته!
یکی دیگه گفت:
– بهت قول میدم همینکه پنجاه نفر دیگه از اینجا رد بشن، بعدش برامون میگن کسی اینجا خوابیده که بالاخره ایران هم نظام باشگاه‌داری رو راه انداخت.
یکی زد زیر خنده و گفت:
– یعنی میگی نظام باشگاه‌داری می‌تونه هم‌رده نظام پزشکی و پرستاری بشه؟
گفتم:
– شاید نه الان، ولی قطعا برای کسایی که رشته ورزشی انتخاب می‌کنن فرصت‌های شغلی بیشتری درست می‌کنه.

یک ذره خرده نون که روی زمین بود را برداشتم و گفتم:
– ببینین، رشته کامپیوتر رو نگاه کنین. بیچاره‌ها کلی مشتق و انتگرال و مدار می‌خونن، ولی آخرش کسی حسابشون نمی‌کنه. یه زمانی شاخه هوش مصنوعی داشت حسابی می‌گرفت، حتی ساختمون ملی براش ساختن، ولی خب… دادنش اجاره!
به دوستم که الآن بازنشسته ارتشه گفتم نمونه دیگری داری، تو بگو.
اون گفت:
– نه خب، همینکه تو میگی درسته، لینوکس ملی هم که تعریف کردن آخرش فقط تو ارتش یه جاهایی استفاده شد.
من ادامه دادم:
– همین. نه نظام دارن، نه پشتوانه. واسه همین هر پوستر یا مطلبی می‌زنن، قبلش یه «نظام» می‌چسبونن که مثلا کلاس و مدرک داشته باشه!
بحث که به رشته کامپیوتر رسید رفتم سراغ عکس های لپ تاپم. عکس یه چارت نشون دادم که مطالب زیادی توش ننوشته بود، ولی نمودار و چارت با کلمه «بازیکن» درست کرده بود. گفتم:
– حالا که ورزش کشور، نظام باشگاه‌داری پیدا کرده، شاید این کامپیوتریها هم بتونن خودشون رو به اسم «بازیکن رایانه‌ای» با باشگاه‌ها بیارن بالا.

We were sitting around with the kids one afternoon. Conversations were flowing freely, until the name of the old managing director of a sports magazine came up. God bless him. Someone said:

I laughed and said:
- Yeah, he never sat still.

- It was a really prosperous time then. Both the young population and the good results in the disciplines. But, well, the career future of athletes was unknown.
One of the kids said:
- Yes, of course, the university that introduced sports disciplines gave some hope. Remember? Whoever became a champion, it was easier to enter the university and then he would make room in the administrative system. Like Hadi Sae or Khadem himself.
I said:
- You're right. But we still have room for work in some ways that we have so many unemployed people. Medicine and sports medicine have a lot of room for work.
I said:
- I remember in the sixties, sports medicine was not yet serious. Pills and injections were still considered the main subject of medicine. They should have given more value to traditional medicine that was progressing in the eighties, but in the end everything went under the medical system of chemical pills that they didn't want to change.
My friend said:
- They should do something for the people's children. When I went to Russia, I saw that the field of "sports medicine" was very serious there. That is, someone who had a degree in sports could interfere in medical science.
I replied:
- Well, it must have been hard for our doctors, who were always tax-exempt, to accept something like this!
Another said:
- I promise you, as soon as fifty more people pass by, they will tell us that someone slept here, and that Iran finally started a club system.
Someone laughed and said:
- So you mean the club system can be on par with the medical and nursing systems?
I said:
- Maybe not now, but it will definitely create more job opportunities for those who choose a sports field.

I picked up a piece of bread crumb that was on the floor and said:
- Look, look at the computer field. The poor guys study derivatives, integrals, and circuits, but in the end, no one calculates them. At one time, the artificial intelligence branch was taking calculations, even building a national building for it, but well… renting it out!
I told my friend, who is now retired from the army, if you have another example, tell me.
He said:
- No, well, as you say, it's true, and the national Linux, which was only used in the army in some places, was defined.
I continued:
- That's it. They have no system, no support. That's why they put up every poster or article, they put a "system" before it, like a class and a degree!
When the discussion turned to the computer field, I went to the photos on my laptop. I showed them a photo of a chart that didn't have much written on it, but he had made a graph and chart with the word "player". I said:
- Now that the country's sports have a club system, maybe these computer guys can also promote themselves as "computer gamers" with clubs.
